Friends of the Flint Library
The Friends of the Flint are a group of Flint Public Library patrons who sponsor and support projects that extend beyond the ordinary scope of the library budget. The Friends goals are to:
- Promote awareness of the library in our community
- Help the library buy special books and equipment to enhance its collection
- Fund educational and cultural programs for all ages
- Work to improve library services
- Campaign for library bond issues and financial support for operational expenses
